Listen to
the Silence
Zyex does not speak. We measure what sound does when no one is listening. A clap in a 200-year-old cistern takes 14 seconds to die. We build rooms that remember every frequency ever played in them. The work is not composition. It is the residue of resonance.
Enter the AnechoicReverb Memory
A room is a tape recorder with no erase head. Every word spoken since the walls went up is still decaying in the air, layer over layer, until the noise floor swallows it. We read those decays like tree rings. The space remembers what the people forgot.
Phase Cancellation
Two identical waves, half a cycle apart, meet and vanish. This is how silence is manufactured — not by absence of sound, but by perfect opposition. The anechoic chamber is the most honest room in the world: it cancels everything except the inside of your skull.
Room Modes
Every rectangular space has favorite frequencies — the ones that bounce corner to corner and never tire. Build a studio ignoring them and you get a bass note that lives forever or dies instantly. We tune the geometry so the favorites become instruments instead of errors.
